The new Forte KIA is a four-door compact sedan. KIA improved the quality of the latest Forte. Standard features have increased over last year on some trims. It comes loaded with many of the latest technology features. The newest design shows that the rounded shoulder has taken its aerodynamics to a new level by improving its performance. Better acceleration and improved fuel efficiency are noticeable on the roadways of Canada. Continuous Variable Automatic Transmission is a fan favourite due to its ability to transition between the gears smoothly. The gripping is nice and tight with the slightest touch of the foot.
This year’s KIA adds horizontal lines to the cabin. There is a curved shaped dashboard where the driver’s section sits visibly-the dials and circles on the driving centre that keep the driver updated on KIA’s performance. A leather steering wheel and shift knob are available for easier gripping and control during travel. The sedan comfortably seats four adults. The front seat offers two cup holders within the centre console. The rear seat has a foldable armrest that provides additional room for a smaller passenger when raised. Cloth seats are standard, but leather is available on higher trims.
The Forte comes with a standard black grille with a bezel-like design. It offers LED headlamps on its edges and has directional lights on the sides. LED fog lights are traditional on higher trims and are placed at the bottom of the bumper but close in proximity. The trunk has a raised lip and has its stoplights at its sides. A dual-pipe exhaust system is complemented with chrome tips to add sportiness to the new Forte. The car comes with 15-inch steel wheels as standard, but up to 18-inch wheels are available, standard on higher trims.
